Whaller will be at European Cyber Week, from 16 to 19 November 2026, at the Couvent des Jacobins in Rennes. For this new edition, held under the banner of the Sovereign Cyber & Defence AI Forum, more than 8,500 attendees are expected: cyber leaders, public and private decision-makers, researchers, innovative start-ups, and civil and military players from the cybersecurity and defence AI communities.
A year on from our last appearance, we are returning to Rennes with hard evidence rather than promises: SecNumCloud 3.2 qualification issued by ANSSI, hosting exclusively in France with OVHcloud, Numérique France Garanti certification, and offerings designed for the organisations most exposed to cyber threats. That is what we will be showcasing on our stand.
A French collaborative platform, built for demanding organisations
Whaller is a collaborative and social platform designed and hosted in France, with OVHcloud. It brings together instant messaging, email, video conferencing, file sharing and co-editing, an intranet, partitioned work spheres and an AI assistant in a single space. At European Cyber Week, we will be focusing on four building blocks designed for cyber departments, government bodies and organisations subject to stringent security requirements.
Whaller DONJON, the collaborative platform qualified SecNumCloud 3.2
Whaller DONJON is the first collaborative platform to be qualified SecNumCloud 3.2 by “composition” by ANSSI. It is aimed at organisations that handle sensitive, hospital, sovereign or strategic data and cannot settle for a promise of compliance: they need qualification verified by France’s national cybersecurity agency.
Whaller RÉSILIENCE, business continuity out of the box
As cyberattacks multiply, Whaller RÉSILIENCE provides a fallback environment that is independent of the main information system: encrypted messaging, file access, video conferencing and internal communications remain operational even when the rest of the organisation is at a standstill. The solution is activated in a few clicks and slots into existing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
End-to-end encrypted spheres, on web and mobile alike
Every Whaller workspace can be end-to-end encrypted, guaranteeing that only authorised members can access conversations and documents. This protection is available on both the web application and the mobile application, for teams exchanging sensitive information from anywhere, without ever trading security for ease of use.
Whaller Mail, professional email built into the platform
Whaller Mail brings a professional email inbox directly into the platform. Every member of staff has their inbox within their own mail account, with no third-party provider and no proliferation of tools, while administrators create, edit and delete accounts from within Whaller.
Whaller Signature, from document to signature without switching tools
Whaller Signature completes the document lifecycle: create and co-edit a document in Whaller Drive, circulate it in a partitioned work sphere, then have it signed electronically, all without leaving the platform. Thanks to the Yousign integration, certified to eIDAS advanced level, contracts, amendments and administrative instruments become legally enforceable in a few clicks — a benefit followed particularly closely by government bodies, healthcare institutions and defence organisations.
And one announcement we are keeping for Rennes
We will not be revealing anything more today, but we are preparing a surprise for visitors to our stand. One more good reason to come and meet us at the Couvent des Jacobins.
